It's quite sluggish, sometimes you get double cursors (as though the Mountain Lion cursor is lagging behind), and it won't snap to your full screen resolution.

It wants to stay at a very minimal resolution, something like 800x600, I haven't checked to see what it actually is. There are certainly bugs (try going to Finder and clicking 'Go' from the menu bar, crashes 100% of the time) but overall I've been very pleased.
I switched off Coherence mode as I had to get work done. However, I decided to try and reenable Coherence mode on the main Desktop 1 keeping all the Win 7VM apps on my Macbook Pro display itself. I was no longer get the keyboard beeps and Console log messages.
