I can only put it down to my inward signal suffering download interruptions a lot more than my friend's system. Do you or anyone else have any suggestions to alleviate these interruptions allowing for the fact that BT states I have no line problem & the cable in from the exchange/junction box, I believe, is still the old style copper cable. Apologies for it being such a wordy reply.
