I did a new install of High Sierra on an external hard drive (HFS), booted from it, and installed Office 2019 without any issues using the firewolf utility and was able to install on an iMac running High Sierra on a fusion drive (HFS) So my take is that there’s an issue (at least on my system) with the volume license utilities with High Sierra and APFS drives. Curious if anyone has had success installing Office 2019 with High Sierra or Mojave on APFS drives.
